Dairy Free Summer Fruit Crumbles

Ingredients

  • 60g plain flour
  • 50g porridge oats
  • 50g Vitalite Dairy Free Spread
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (for the filling)
  • 200g frozen summer fruits (you could also use fresh)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vitalite Dairy Free Spread (for greasing the ramekins)

Directions

  1. Put the crumble topping ingredients into a large bowl, mix together with your hands until combined and resembling granola
  2. Grease four ramekins with Vitalite
  3. Mix the filling ingredients and distribute evenly into the ramekins
  4. Top with the crumble mixture
  5. Cook in the air fryer at 180°c for 20 minutes, or the oven at 200°c (180°c fan) for 25 minutes until golden.
  6. Leave to cool slightly, serve warm (delicious with dairy free custard, ice cream or yoghurt) or cold
