Dairy Free Summer Fruit Crumbles

Ingredients
- 60g plain flour
- 50g porridge oats
- 50g Vitalite Dairy Free Spread
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (for the filling)
- 200g frozen summer fruits (you could also use fresh)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vitalite Dairy Free Spread (for greasing the ramekins)
Directions
- Put the crumble topping ingredients into a large bowl, mix together with your hands until combined and resembling granola
- Grease four ramekins with Vitalite
- Mix the filling ingredients and distribute evenly into the ramekins
- Top with the crumble mixture
- Cook in the air fryer at 180°c for 20 minutes, or the oven at 200°c (180°c fan) for 25 minutes until golden.
- Leave to cool slightly, serve warm (delicious with dairy free custard, ice cream or yoghurt) or cold
