Instagram Competition: The Big Vitalite Bake

Prize

The promoter is giving away 2 spaces to attend an exclusive event hosted by Vitalite – The Big Vitalite Bake 2025. This event will be hosted on Friday 4th April 2025 from 12pm to 4pm at The Big London Bake East’s private baking tent – Under the Bridge, Lee Street, London E8 4ED. Inspired by The Great British Bake off, Vitalite will be at the heart of the event with attendees using the dairy-free spread to make a ‘Big Vitalite Bake’ with their partner. Attendees will be competing to by crowned ‘Champion Bakers’ by the Vitalite celebrity judges. Food, including lunch and drinks will be provided at the event (excluding alcoholic beverages). There will be one winner, the winner will receive two invites to the event. Any costs outside of the prize listed (such as travel to and from the event venue) will be the winner’s sole responsibility. This giveaway is not endorsed by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. This event has no affiliation with The Great British Bake Off.

How to participate

In order to participate you will require internet access, a functioning technical device, an email address and a public Instagram account.

In order to enter this competition, you must:

1. Follow @vitalite
2. Tag a friend in the comments
3. Reshare this on your story

Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. Only one entry per account is valid for this promotion. You may enter this promotion a maximum of 1 time. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

Restrictions and requirements

Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion. You must be able to travel to The Big London East, Under the Bridge, Lee Street, London E8 4ED on Friday 4th April 2025 from 12pm to 4pm.

Closing date

The closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59am on Friday 21st March 2025. Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

Selection of a winner

The winner will be selected by a computer programme that generates a random result from the entries received during the promotion period.

Notification and announcement of the winner

The Promoter will notify the winners via an Instagram direct message from the @Vitalite account within 72 hours of the closing date. The winner will then have 48 hours to confirm that they have received the message and accept the prize. The Promoter will then share the formal invitation to the event. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours a new winner will be selected from the original entrants, via the same software programme that generates a random result. Once the selected winner responds to the message from @Vitalite the winner will be announced on the Instagram grid post. If you don’t want your details announced, please let us know. Please note, if requested by the Advertising Standards Authority we will need to provide your name.

Use of personal data

Your personal data will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy set out below.

Liability

The Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party. No cash or other alternative will be given in place of the prize listed. Any costs outside of the prize listed (such as travel to and from the event venue) will be the winner’s sole responsibility.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss arising from this promotion, save to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms & conditions shall be covered by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Competition Privacy policy

What personal data are you collecting?

If you enter the promotion Dairy Crest Limited trading as Saputo Dairy UK (SDUK) will collect your full name, email address and date of birth. If you win the prize, SDUK will also collect your address to send you your prize.

What will it be used for?

The personal data collected will only be used for administration of the promotion ie. (i) submitting your entry; (ii) contacting the winners to arrange for the prizes to be sent to them; (iii) announcing the winners on the Utterly Butterly wing walking webpage; (iv) disclosure to the Advertising Standards Agency if required.

What is your legal basis for processing the data?

We need it to enter into the prize draw and to contact you if you win the prize (in performance of a contract)..

How long will you keep my personal data?

It will be deleted after 1 year unless we are required by law or regulation to keep a copy for longer.

What are my rights in respect of the data?
