Vitalite - Win an appointment with Expert Allergy Dietitian:

Prize

The prize is one initial consultation with Hannah Whittaker RD Allergy Dietitian (‘Hannah Whittaker’) – this will be a virtual appointment of 60 minutes and a full written report (worth £180). There will be one winner.

Any further appointments (apart from the initial consultation) which the winner chooses to book will be at the winner’s own discretion, and the winner will be liable for any costs incurred outside of the stated prize.

How to participate

In order to participate you will require internet access, a functioning technical device, an email address, a public Instagram account and Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

• In order to enter this competition, you must follow @vitalite and @ bump2baby_allergy_dietitian and like the competition post.

Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. Only one entry per account is valid for this promotion.

Restrictions and requirements

Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

Closing date

The closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59am Friday 29th November 2024. Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

Selection of a winner

The winner will be selected by a computer programme that generates a random result from the valid entries received during the promotion period.

Notification and announcement of the winner

The Promoter will notify the winners via an Instagram direct message from the @Vitalite account within 72 hours of the closing date. The winner will then have 48 hours to confirm that they have received the message and accept the prize. The Promoter will then share a digital voucher which can be used to book your appoint with Hannah Whittaker (via email address: info@bump2babynutrition.com). The appointment must be booked by 1st November 2025.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours a new winner will be selected from the original entrants, via the same software programme that generates a random result. Once the selected winner responds to the message from @Vitalite the winner will be announced on the Instagram grid post If you don’t want your details announced, please let us know. Please note, if requested by the Advertising Standards Authority we will need to provide your name.

Use of personal data

Your personal data will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy set out below.

Liability

he Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising directly or indirectly from any inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information or advice given by Hannah Whittaker and the winner agrees that they will not hold the Promoter responsible for any consequences resulting from the initial consultation, and any further consultations the winner chooses to have.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss arising from this promotion, save to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms & conditions shall be covered by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Competition Privacy policy

What personal data are you collecting?

If you enter the promotion Dairy Crest Limited trading as Saputo Dairy UK (SDUK) will collect your Instagram username and name registered with your account. If you win the prize, SDUK will also collect your email address.

What will it be used for?

The personal data collected will only be used for administration of the promotion ie. (i) putting your entry into the computer programme that will generate the winner; (ii) contacting the winner to arrange the consultation with Hannah Whittaker RD Allergy Dietitian; (iii) announcing the winners on the @Vitalite and @bump2baby_allergy_dietitian Instagram accounts; (iv) disclosure to the Advertising Standards Agency if required.

What is your legal basis for processing the data?

We need it to enter into the Competition and to contact you if you win the prize (in performance of a contract).

How long will you keep my personal data?

Competition entries will be deleted after 1 year unless we are required by law or regulation to keep a copy for longer.

What are my rights in respect of the data?
